Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, with their resort-style decor and very comfy Sofitel bed, were not too bad. However, they are looking a little tired and not as clean and fresh as they once were. The amazing views of the ocean and hotel facilities still made my experience enjoyable.
The hotel offers comfortable and modern rooms, although they are slightly smaller compared to others in Denarau. The ground floor rooms are excellent, especially with a great chill-out spot on the resort's lawns for families. The location is quiet and restful, perfect for relaxation, but some facilities like the bar turned nightclub only open a few nights a week. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the poolside bar, with great options. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall stay.
The hotel rooms, while showing signs of age, were still satisfactory for us, although not luxurious. The redecoration made them brighter and more spacious, and I particularly appreciated the night light by the bedside that illuminated the bathroom when needed. Some renovations were still pending upon our arrival, but overall, the rooms were decent.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was smart and quiet, away from noisy events, but lacked sufficient storage space. The service was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff, though the concept of 'Fiji time' led to some waiting. The location was convenient for restaurants but needed improvements like better cleanliness. The dining options were extensive, but cold food was an issue. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were excellent with comfortable beds, good internet, and a flat-screen TV. However, they seemed a bit tired and in need of a makeover, and the pillows were disappointingly flat. The service was fantastic, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. The location was really good, easily accessible from Denarau marina and just a 20-minute drive from Nadi airport. The dining was reasonable, but not outstanding. The hotel offered some great facilities, although some areas felt worn.
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and modern, providing the perfect setting for our honeymoon. Despite the cyclone, the room was exceptionally clean and cozy. The service was outstanding, with the staff being welcoming, friendly, and genuine, making me feel right at home. The location was a mix of spacious and vibrant, offering a central spot to explore nearby attractions. The dining experience was a major highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options available. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall experience.
The hotel was a bit of a letdown with the rooms being a complete disappointment, outdated, and tired. However, the service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was nice with ample space, but the dining experience was busy and not very pleasant. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers rooms with bunk beds, TV, and bean bags, providing access to an adult-only beach club. While the standard and quality of the rooms could have been better, there was a noticeable bad odor coming from the air conditioning vents.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although nice, felt somewhat outdated for a luxury hotel. The internet was weak, and the air conditioning was not very effective. However, the service provided by Waitui Silvina, Salotem, Mili, Lusi, Annie, Jerry, Sunny, Solo, and Alfred truly made our nights enjoyable. The location, only 15-20 minutes from the airport, felt like a peaceful retreat despite being close by. The dining options were diverse and included in our package. Overall, the hotel offers a good short-term stay option with room for improvement in certain areas.
